CLINICAL PRODUCT MANAGER/TRAINER

We have an immediate opening for the right candidate to work on  a variety of product development and customer support activities related to IQMax mobile healthcare solutions software products, including definition of clinical requirements for new products, management of product evaluations and key customer relationships, and providing high level customer and sales support. This position also provides support to field sales engineers, assists in the development of clinical reference materials, and coordinates and conducts live/webinar product training. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create product requirement specifications based on customer input and feedback
  • Manage the design validation and clinical evaluation process, ensuring key customer-driven design requirements are satisfied
  • Serve as the primary contact with OEM and key luminary customers on matters related to IQMAX healthcare product offerings
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and initiate improvements/corrective actions to ensure customer expectations are exceeded
  • Collect clinical data and assist with development of clinical marketing, education and training materials creation and production
  • Plan, coordinate and staff education and training seminars on assigned clinical applications
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Able and willing to travel approximately 25% in the USA with additional regional driving
  • Reinforce and extend the unique IQMAX culture
  • Other job-related duties that may be assigned by management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years recent direct patient care experience in a hospital required; prefer current RN, LPN or PA with ability and desire to maintain clinical licensure/certification
  • 2 years of experience in software product marketing preferred
  • 5+ years of overall combined clinical and product marketing experience required
  • Associates Degree or equivalent required; Bachelor of Science preferred
  • Project Management certification a plus
  • Must live near Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate
  • Must possess and maintain current valid driver's license and insurability
  • Must be able and willing to travel in the United States
  • Must be legally authorized to work full time in the United  States for any employer
  • Experience working with large healthcare group a plus

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • English: Fluent. Must be able to read, write, hear, understand and speak English clearly
  • Very computer literate, especially spreadsheet (Excel) and PowerPoint proficient
  • Exceptional clinical applications knowledge and demonstrable project management skills
  • Demonstrated training skills and experience in a clinical environment
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and communications skills essential
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time and project management and organizational skills
  • Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written English abilities

Special Requirements / Physical Demands:

  • Frequently required to drive or fly and drive to customer sites, carry presentation tools and equipment.
  • Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, see.
  • Occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; lift or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
  • The noise level is usually moderately quiet.
